Simon Gomez is a distinguished violinist, recognized for his technical solidity, artistic maturity, and expressive depth. He has developed a career marked by academic excellence, numerous distinctions, and an active presence as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral performer across Europe. Renowned professors have highlighted his interpretative sensitivity and musical maturity.
His career is characterised by regular activity within professional orchestral settings and by his participation in internationally oriented projects. He has collaborated with various German orchestras, including the Philharmonie Baden-Baden, the Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen, and the Philharmonie Freiburg.
He has been a recurring member of the John Sheppard Ensemble and the UNESCO Orchestra of Barcelona. He has also collaborated on projects with the ORSO Philharmoniker and with institutions such as the Kammerorchester Basel, further expanding his experience in symphonic and operatic repertoire, as well as in interdisciplinary projects.
